Effective load securing - how to avoid accidents

Are you planning a move in the near future? Then you have probably already thought about how to best secure your moving goods. With our tensioning straps, you can effectively prevent the load from falling or slipping.

Correct use of tensioning straps

There are two ways to secure loads with tensioning belts: lashing down and strapping. With lashing down, you simply connect the load to the loading area using several tensioning belts. Use the ratchet to create the necessary tension. With strapping, you wrap the tensioning belt around the load and fasten the ends to the walls of the van. Use the ratchet to tighten the ends.

Tip: The loading areas of small vans are usually equipped with hooks to which you can easily attach tensioning straps.

How to find the right tensioning strap

Tension straps are available in different price ranges, depending on the material used. You are on the safe side if you choose a tension strap made of polyester tape. Compared to other materials, polyester tape is more tear-resistant, so you can also safely transport heavy goods such as refrigerators or washing machines.
